While snorkeling in Hawaii it is not unusual to see the Hawaiian "Honu" or turtle gracing your path or lying on a beach. This lovely handmade plate features this gentle creature hand carved into the 7" plate. Our decorative stoneware is lovingly made in Hawaii using the ancient 15th Century Japanese firing technique called raku.

Plate comes with a solid koa wood base.
