SHIPPING
We strive to ship all single orders within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will notify you by telephone, fax or e-mail if there might be any delay. Many of our items are hand made so larger quantities may take longer to produce. Naturally, we try to deliver every item on our website as fast as possible; however, sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control delays may occur. In that case, we will notify you to make alternate suggestions.

At this time, we ship only within the United States for online orders.

Please provide us with a complete and correct street address for shipping. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges for packages with incorrect addresses. Standard shipments are shipped via the United States Post Office (USPS) or Federal Express (FedEx) economy service. Deliveries via FedEx are made Monday through Friday; Saturday delivery upon request, additional charges may apply and is only available to the Continental US. Deliveries via USPS are made Monday through Saturday.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:

• FedEx deliveries do not accept PO Box address.
• FedEx residential deliveries are sent under "signature release" (no signature required). If this is not acceptable, an additional charge will be added to the shipping cost.
• $10.00 fee for address correction on deliveries via FedEx.
• Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy, oversized, or bulk orders.

DELIVERY
All shipments originate in Hawaii. Normal delivery is 2-3 days using USPS Priority and 2-3 days for FedEx Economy service. CHGI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed. Some rural areas may require extra time for delivery including, but not limited to, Alaska, other US Territories and military installations.

PAYMENTS

• Check or Money Orders: Drawn on U.S. Banks in U.S. dollars only. All personal checks are held up to five business days for the funds to clear before your order is shipped.
  Make checks payable to: Creative Hawaiian Gifts, Inc. dba Victor Trading Co.
• DO NOT send cash in the mail.
• Charge cards: we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  We DO NOT accept C.O.D.s or Euro Cards. Sorry no debit or check cards accepted. Please note that when using your American Express card to pay for this order according to the terms and agreement with American Express and you; the SHIP TO address must be the same as the BILLING ADDRESS of your credit card, this is a directive from American Express that is noted within the terms and agreements that you signed when applying for your American Express card.

Pricing: Prices subject to change without notice, issuance of this pricing is not a commitment to sell. We reserve the right to limit amounts and quantities of any order. We are not responsible for typographical, descriptive, or photographic errors.

RETURNING ITEMS

We hope it never happens, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of shipment for a courteous and prompt refund or exchange (excluding discounts, shipping and delivery charges). Delivery charges are refunded if the mistake or damage is ours. In the unlikely event of breakage in transit, you must contact Creative Hawaiian Gifts dba Victor Trading Co. within 48 hours to receive a refund, credit or replacement. Be sure to keep the original packing materials and shipping containers for inspection. A damage claim must be made in order for replacement goods to be dispatched or credit issued.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Include a copy of your invoice. If the merchandise is broken when returned you must make the claim with your shipper. All packages should be sent through a traceable and insurable method. All returns will be credited with a reimbursement check (excluding shipping and handling charges.)

SUBSTITUTIONS

CreativeHawaiianGifts.com reserves the right to substitute any and all components in a basket or set, including but not limited to food items, non-food items, baskets, containers, ribbons, colors, and any and all other components with items of comparable value at any time for any reason without notice and without any discount or refund to the buyer or recipient. The product photos shown are only representative of what may be delivered. You or your gift recipient may not receive a gift basket or gift set that looks like the one shown due to your choice of size and options, or the availability of food items, non-food items, baskets, containers, ribbons, etc. from suppliers, or substitutions as discussed above for any other reason at any time without notice and without discount or refund.

Due to warm temperatures during the summer months, some chocolate items in our gift baskets may be replaced with non-chocolate items of equal value.
